Meet Our Consultants

Our team represents individuals who are living and working with visible and invisible disabilities, are from several Indigenous Nations, minority groups, the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, and Youth and Elder demographics.

Our ethos is “People First” and we are honoured to work with ethical leaders to create flexible, innovative, and resilient organizational cultures, initiatives, and programs. We are committed to conducting our work through an anti-racist, anti-oppressive, and intersectional lens, especially on our continuous journey of championing inclusion and accessibility from within our organization. Several of our consultants have lived experience as marginalized people with intersectional identities. As a team, we are always learning and adapting best practices to remove barriers to create safe(r) spaces for all people to feel welcome.

At Origin, our consultants are carefully selected based on their extensive expertise and unwavering commitment to cultural safety and impact. These professionals come from culturally diverse and intersectional backgrounds, creating a mosaic of knowledge and insight. Their academic and professional experiences are intertwined with personalized and culturally informed approaches, enabling them to form unique solutions for our clients.

All of us are passionate about helping empower others to make the world a better place. Throughout our years of work, we have seen time and again the need in communities and organizations for clarity and guidance to successfully reach their goals.
