We include Elder Advisors on our team to ensure our approach and content remain culturally informed and responsible. Our ongoing commitment is to respect and honour Indigenous principles and practices and weave them integrally into our work. This ensures deeper connection, relevancy, and impact in every project, initiative, and training program we deliver, which is co-created with, and informed by Elder Advisors and Knowledge Keepers.

Several of our consultants are members of—or are recognized as belonging to—various Indigenous communities across what is now called Canada. Acknowledging our lived experiences as Indigenous people is a way of decolonizing what “experience” can look like, and it allows Traditional Knowledge to enter the space of Western business practices. 

Additionally, many of us have worked extensively in remote and northern Indigenous communities to help create and build programs and services specifically designed to support people.
